People of two people together, one holding a book

Elaine Bernard, former LWP Executive Director, visiting Chau Nhat Binh HTUP’06, who recently retired as head of the international department of the VGCL (Vietnam General Confederation of Labour) now with the Vietnam Peace and Development Foundation. Elaine brought a copy of the 75 anniversary book to Binh and he was delighted. Many good memories of his time in the HTUP and though he has retired from the VGCL, he hasn’t retired from the movement – as is clear from his new interest and work with the Peace and Development Foundation. 1/2018.
