- 3-day symposium at Harvard Law School campus- Friday afternoon – Sunday morning (Download schedule).
- Welcome dinner hosted by IBEW 103 on Friday, September 16 from 6 pm to 10 pm – transportation from Harvard will be provided
- Boston Harvard dinner Cruise with entertainment. on Saturday, September 17 from 6 pm to 10 pm
- Reconnecting with old friends and faculty
COST: $350/alumni, $150 per guest to attend Welcome Dinner and dinner cruise

ALIUMNI REPORT: Regardless of if you can attend the Celebration, we are reaching out to all HTUP Alumni and asking you to share your stories. We will compile them all on an HTUP Alumni Report website so you can each find out about each other. Depending on demand, we may make a hard copy of your stories in a book available for purchase.

COVID PROTOCOL: After surviving the past two years we want everyone to feel safe at this event. To participate in person at this Anniversary event all participants must agree to follow all of the covid and health protocols for Harvard Law School, IBEW 103, and City Experiences Cruise Company at the time of the event. These protocols may include, but are not limited to:
- Attesting that you are fully vaccinated and have received a booster shot against COVID-19 using a vaccine authorized by the FDA or WHO, or that you qualify for exemption based upon a medical contraindication or firmly held religious belief.
- Attesting that you have received a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours prior to your arrival on campus.
- Attesting that if you are feeling unwell with any COVID related symptoms you will let your host know and not come on campus.
- Agree to wear a mask over your nose and mouth while at indoor functions.
In late August, we will inform you of the current Covid and health protocols that must be complied with.
HYBRID EVENT: For those who cannot attend in person we hope that you will be able to join us virtually. We plan to have the symposium panels and some virtual social events available on Zoom.
