ARRIVAL AND REGISTRATION Please arrive on Sunday, January 24th at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Boston – Cambridge 400 Soldiers Field Rd, Boston, MA 02134. All of the participants will stay at the DoubleTree Suites for the duration of the program. Everyone will have a 2-room suite to themselves. The DoubleTree Suites is located about a 30-minute walk to campus.
EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURES The cost of your accommodations from 3 pm. Sunday, January 24 to Saturday, February 27 is covered in your tuition payment. Graduation will be midday February 26. You must check out of your rooms on Saturday, February 27 by noon, or you will be charged for an extra day. If you need to arrive before or stay after these dates, we can try to extend your stay for about $200/night.
DOUBLETREE SUITES AMENITIES: You will each have your own 2-room suite with cable TV, internet access, microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator in each room. Laundry facilities (coin-operated) are available on the third floor, in addition to an indoor pool and fitness room. Parking in Cambridge is limited and expensive. We have negotiated with the hotel for a fixed rate of $450 for your stay. If you plan to have a car while you are here, please tell us on the Travel Arrangements form so we can arrange for parking. This is an extra cost to tuition which you or your sponsor must pay to DoubleTree Suites.
To facilitate you stay, we have arrange a daily $30 Food & Beverage Credit. This credit is comprised of the $18 Hilton Honors Daily Food & Beverage Credit available to all Gold and Diamond Hilton Honors members, plus an additional $12 hotel Food & Beverage Credit provided by the hotel. The combined $30 daily credit may be used at any hotel-operated Food & Beverage outlet that is open during the guest’s stay. This credit: Is valid only during the guest’s stay. May not be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Has no cash value and is non-transferable. Cannot be accumulated or carried over from one day to the next. Is limited to a maximum value of $30 per room, per day.
You are responsible for any additional charges to your room for parking, incidentals and food beyond the $30 daily credit.
The DoubleTree Suites is a smoke free building (including vaping and non tobacco smoking). There is a $500 cleanup fee incurred for guests found to be smoking in their rooms. Besides service animals, no pets are allowed.
DAILY TRANSPORTATION – We are providing a shuttle bus every morning at 8 am to get you on time for your 8:30 class. There are other Harvard programs staying at the DoubleTree using Harvard shuttle buses, please make sure you get on the right one.
In addition: Doubletree Suites has a shuttle bus that runs regularly between the Suites and Harvard Square at 20 Eliot St and Harvard Law School at 2 Kirkland St.. Download the Doubletree shuttle bus schedule.
